Dungeons & Dragons Marketplace – Refund & Return Policy

All items sold through Dungeons & Dragons Marketplace are collectibles and are sold based on the photographs, description, and condition information provided in each individual listing.

Many of our items are pre-owned, vintage, discontinued, rare, or otherwise collectible. Normal signs of age, storage, handling, or previous ownership may be present. Please carefully review all photographs and the complete item description before purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, condition issues that were clearly photographed or disclosed in the listing, minor imperfections visible in the provided photographs, or differences in personal expectations regarding a collectible's condition.

If you receive an item that is materially different from the item shown or described in the listing, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please retain the item, original packaging, shipping box, and packing materials and contact us promptly with photographs of the damage and packaging so that we can evaluate the situation and, where applicable, pursue a shipping claim.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
