Orders are carefully packaged with consideration for the collectible nature of the merchandise.

Shipping costs and available shipping methods, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If the package or merchandise arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and take clear photographs of the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged item before discarding anything.

For higher-value collectibles, we reserve the right to use additional insurance, signature confirmation, or other delivery protections.
