3. ALL SALES FINAL

4. INCORRECT OR MATERIALLY MISDESCRIBED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item or believe the merchandise is materially different from what was shown or described in the listing, please contact us promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

5. SHIPPING DAMAGE

We take reasonable precautions when packaging collectible merchandise.

If an item arrives damaged during shipment, customers should retain:

• The collectible.
• Original shipping box.
• Internal packaging and packing materials.
• Shipping label.
• Any damaged packaging.

Please photograph the item and packaging before disposing of anything and contact us promptly.

This information may be necessary to investigate the damage or submit a claim with the shipping carrier or insurance provider.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping prices and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Higher-value orders may be shipped with insurance, signature confirmation, or additional delivery verification at our discretion.

7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so the available tracking information can be reviewed.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you should promptly check the delivery location and contact the applicable shipping carrier.

Delivery disputes will be reviewed based on the available tracking information and circumstances. A carrier's delivery scan will be considered relevant evidence but does not necessarily determine every dispute.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Because many products are individual collectibles, an item may only be available in a quantity of one.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order when merchandise becomes unavailable because of an inventory error, duplicate sale, listing error, damage discovered before shipment, or another legitimate reason preventing fulfillment.

We also reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description, or technical errors.

11. PAYMENTS & FRAUD PREVENTION
